Learn elegant new borders, color flow, and lovely new flowers (daffodil, violet, apple blossom, pansy, and more). Impressive basket weave technique and learn to make royal icing. Introduction to fondant. Includes book. Supplies extra.

Course 3: Gum Paste and Fondant - $40.00
Learn how to make fondant and cover a cake with fondant. How to use tools to cut and shape textured ribbons and borders. Create fondant flowers such as calla lily, carnation, daisy, roses, and more. Includes book. Supplies extra.

Course 4: Advanced Gum Paste Flowers - $40.00
Expand your gum paste skills. Learn new flowers and techniques such as blossoms, gerber daisies, sweet peas, ivy leaves, briar roses, and more. Learn to assemble blossoms, create leaves, and make bouquets. Includes book. Supplies extra.

Tiered Cake Class - $40.00
Learn how to properly stack a two plus tiered cake. Learn how to make your own whimsical slanted cake. First night will be demonstrations. Second night you will make your own two-tiered cake. Supplies extra.
Two - 2 hour classes 6:00-8:00pm
Creative Cupcakes Class - $30.00
Learn creative new ideas for decorating cupcakes and making cupcake cakes in this demonstration/workshop. Go home with one dozen decorated cupcakes. No experience needed. Includes handouts. All supplies included.
One - 2 hours class: 6:00-8:00pm
We'll stir up a mixture of cake and frosting to create delicious cake balls and then dip them into chocolate. Everyone goes home with one dozen cake pops. All supplies included. No experience necessary.

Petit Fours Class - $40.00
Learn how to make mini cakes, or petit fours. We will make the frosting, cut, glaze, and decorate a few different styles of petit fours. All supplies included.

We will be making a medium size egg for you to decorate with Royal icing and some Easter items. All Supplies included.

Kids Cupcake Decorating Class - $15.00

Beth Robideaux Paiva, Instructor
Beth's love for cake decorating began in a cake decorating class similar to what she now teaches. In 2000, Beth received her degree in Baking and Pastry from the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco. Since graduating Beth has worked at Seascape Resort and Michael's on Main as a pastry chef. She was also the manager and cake decorator at Beckmann's Bakery. Today, Beth is back working with her mom at Woodworm Party Store, baking specialty cakes, and teaching classes.
